We strongly encourage our patients to choose whole foods whenever possible — the unprocessed, unpacked food often located around the perimeter of the supermarket. When grocery shopping, choose produce, fish, meat, and dairy over the pre-packaged items found in the centre aisles of the store. Gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, or vegetarian? Struggling with an autoimmune disorder? Those who make dietary changes tend to see significant differences in their body’s function, and we are happy to help tailor your diet to specific nutritional needs that work for you and your family. |
